Dr. LaShawn Moore Darthard, born and raised in Houston, Texas also known as Lady Shawn, is an humble servant leader and daughter of the Most High God used to deliver and speak God’s Word in this 21st Century.  Her assignment and mission in life is clear, ... ministering the Word of God, reaching out in her community & abroad, preaching to the unsaved and teaching the saved to serve. 

 

The good Lord allowed Dr. LaShawn to work in ministry for many years with her parents, Rev. Dr. Jerry Williams, Pastor (Emeritus) and First Lady Maggie Williams before moving to San Antonio, Texas.  This was all a part of God's divine plan and purpose.  When Dr. LaShawn was in her mother's womb, Missionary Maggie was invited to a revival at Bible Days in Houston Texas.  The late Apostle E.W. Wilcots walked the aisles, pointed her out and spoke over her life.  He mentioned to her that this baby you are carrying will be different from all the rest of your children.  This baby is blessed by God and is gifted with a special call.  This baby will be a blessing to your life.  At the age of eight, one day in Sunday School, she heard about the savior of the world and His name is Jesus Christ, the son of God.  This is where her yearning to learn about God’s Holy Word and concern about her salvation began.  God handpicked some mothers of the church who took her under their wings and poured spiritual teachings, wisdom, knowledge and prayer into her life.  One being her very own grandmother, Missionary Maggie Randle.  God shown himself mighty and strong to Dr. LaShawn very early on and awakened a special gift within her.  Just as Apostle Wilcots and others along the way prophesied is what came to pass.  In the right season her spiritual gifts were cultivated and are being used for God’s glory.  She is humbly appreciative that God chose her.

She is a mother, grandmother, ordained minister, prayer intercessor/warrior, teacher, speaker, author, entrepreneur and working professional in Corporate America in radio broadcasting for over twenty-nine years.  A graduate of San Antonio Theological College with an Associate and Bachelor of Theology and a Degree in Counseling.  An alumni graduated of Birth Your Brilliance™, a mentorship program of Dr. Cassandra Scott and Dr. Merle Ray of Houston, Texas, providing 9 months of birthing your dreams and visions, and 3 months of aftercare. It was in this program that Dr. LaShawn became a published author of her first book, a 50-day devotional entitled “Gifts from God Himself,” where she encourages and trains others in the spiritual five senses that God has given each of us as powerful tools to apply in our faith and walking in the blessings of God.  She is working on completing the children book to share more insight on these spiritual five senses.  In 2020, San Antonio MLK Jr Foundations LENS, featured her as one of the author’s of the year showcase and San Antonio Theological College presented her with an author of the year award.

Through God's unmerited favor, she is also an honor Cum Laude graduate of the 3rd Generation Class of 2021, The Ambassadors School for Apostolic Women Birthing Nations, Founder-Chancellor Apostle Deborah Anderson of Houston, Texas.  A school of Holy Ghost, 5-Week Activation and Impartation sessions.  To empower and inspire men and women who have been called by God, to fulfill their apostolic and prophetic birth to purpose, birthing nations.  Rev. LaShawn continued her education at Elevation Life Transformation University (ELTU) where she earned her Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Christ-Centered Leadership, Coaching, and Change™. Founder/CEO and School Director, Dr. Merle Ray of (ELTU) was founded on the principle that: maximizing personal, professional, and spiritual potential and renewal, we become motivated, inspired, and empowered through the Word of God to be our best – transformed in every area of life.  By offering educational programs, skills, and competencies that form and enhance callings and careers, ELTU is Delivering Destiny.  While attending ELTU, she published her second book, Embracing Gifts from God Himself: Empowered for Kingdom Purpose, which was developed from her doctoral thesis.

She is also a mother of three adult children D’Andre Darthard Sr (Tanequa), Darius Darthard Sr (Kiani) and Shambriah Darthard-Torres (Jesse) and fifteen grandchildren the Lord has blessed to blend perfectly together.  She has a passion for ministry and strengthening the family unit has a special place in her heart.  Her inspiration comes from the Holy Spirit and many in the Gospel of Christ who have been trailblazers preparing her for life in God’s Kingdom.  Being a servant who stands on great faith, she wears many hats, looking for ways to be used by God through her gifts and talents to bless others.  In all that she does, her desire is to remain pleasing in God's sight.

Founder of a mission that embrace everyone and invite all to join a family of believers that express the love of God and grow together in His Word.  For you are uniquely designed with God’s purpose in mind.  God YOU be glorified in the earth through our lives, 1 Peter 4:10-11.  EFOBM has an outreach ministry, I.N.F.U.S.I.O.N. “Ignite Neighbors For Unified Service In Our Nations”. INFUSION is part of community outreach that brings unity in the community and has collaborated with other ministries in their quest to evangelize according to the great commission in Matthew 28:18-20.  Each year the ministry hosts a Kingdom Conference for all ages in LaVernia Tx.  The focus is to empower and ignite the entire family and community to impact the Kingdom of God.  "Ignite another" - nothing is lost when one candle lights another one and both are an illuminating light of the world that glorify our Father which is in heaven for generations to come.

This servant received the President's Lifetime Achievement Award through Prophetic Flow Ministries, Prophetess Kendria Moore, June 30, 2024.  There are several accomplishments this humble servant has achieved in corporate America, in ministry, in on-going studies, in the community, as an author, as well as being an entrepreneur.  Out of them all, her most valuable is doing the will of the father “soul winning” for such a time as this.  She is intentional with a selfless capacity to love God with all her heart, soul, mind, strength and to love others as herself.  She fully understands there is a benefit in knowing you are saved to serve and we are better together.

 

When time permits, she enjoy spending it with family and friends by catching up on shared memories and believing that every moment is a blessing.  When time allows, Nana Shawn enjoy crafts, sewing projects, spending family time watching movies, playing games and eating popcorn with her little heartbeats. To sit by the river and meditate is a desire that never happens so instead she finds comfort in a picture that hangs on her bedroom wall of an endless flowing river, smiles.
